Dresses must be returned within 7 days and in the same condition it was purchased:

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Dresses purchased on sale
• Items lost in the mail 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Regular priced items can be returned with a restocking fee:

$400 – $1200 = $120 restocking fee

$250 – $399 = $75 restocking fee

$99 – $249 = $35 restocking fee 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
